Fellow marketers, sometimes I feel like I'm drowning in data and don't know what to do next. In our time together, I will share my approach to mapping the customer journey and then overlay it on a diagram of my marketing technology ecosystem to better understand what I can do to influence customer behavior and make better decisions about which technology I need to manage the customer experience. 

Then we'll all go through the exercise together and present our martech journey maps with time to explore challenges and share knowledge about what's worked for us.
