Keynote:

The language of engagement - crafting a culture of trust, collaboration and innovation

Tuesday, Nov 6
16.30-16.55

We all want engagement. We all want cultures that are trusting and open to collaboration and innovation.

Engagement. Collaboration. Innovation.

All these concepts are elusive and difficult to measure and are all determined by how people interact and behave. Engagement behaviors then are the fractals - or simple repeating patterns - of complex cultures.

Community leadership and management has paved the way for creating a scalable system of engagement, which builds trust in ways that enable collaboration and innovation. More importantly, community strategists have identified ways to measure engagement behavior in a way that maps to increasing trust, collaboration, and innovation.

Rachel will share the lessons and approaches she’s learned over the last decade of collaborating with hundreds of organizations on their community programs.
